Our Promise to You (Limitations of Liability)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypress Bot, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to Cypress Bot for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Ending Our Relationship (Termination)

By You: You are free to stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact us at [email protected].

By Cypress Bot: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you have a paid account, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund where appropriate, unless termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements.
